北アルプスのモルゲンロートとホワイトムーン
寒い日が続きますね。
この冬は初雪で積雪が7センチあり、雪の多い年になるのではと心配していましたが、今のところそれほど降ってはいません。ただ、寒さは厳しく、-10°Cを下回る日もあります。
太平洋側からはそろそろ梅や早咲きの桜の便りが届くようになりましたが、今年は国営アルプス安曇野公園のアイスチューリップも2月からで、僕らは花が全然見られていません。3月に予定していた雲南省の菜の花も、飛行便のキャンセルで取りやめになりました。
寒さがまだまだ弱まりそうにありませんが、花いっぱいの春が待ち遠しいです。
We have been in the middle of the cold weather.
The first snow piled up as much as 7cm and we had expected a winter with heavy snow. As far as Azumino is concerned, we have not had much snow by now. Still it has been very cold and sometimes the lowest temperature records lower than -10 degrees.
These days we hear that plum blossoms and early cherry blossoms are blooming in some areas along the Pacific Sea, which makes us envious. This winter even ice tulips in Alps-Azumino Government Park will start in February. We had to cancel the tour to Yunnan province to see rape blossoms, too, on account of the cancellation of the flight, probably caused by the present bad relations with China.
Though this cold weather will continue for a while, we will keep smiling, looking forward to the coming beautiful spring!
