春絢爛の安曇野（Gorgeous Spring Colors in Azumino)

桜の開花と共に安曇野は美しい花の時期に入り、見逃してはならじと、晴れると毎日どこかに出かけてしまいます。

With Someiyoshino cherry blossoms, Azumino's gorgeous spring colors starts. If weather permits, we caanot help going out after its colors, which are too beautiful to be missed!

4月11日、今年は穗高の碌山公園でワインマルシェが開催。暴風でテントが吹き飛ばされるなど、ハプニングはありましたが、最高の天気に友人達とワインの試飲を楽しみました。

On April 11, Azumino wine market was held in Rokuzan Park in Hotaka. It was so windy that almost all tents were blown off, but we still enjoyed the sunny warm weather and our tasting wine.

4月12日、この日も良い天気に恵まれたので、安曇野自転車道を走りました。ソメイヨシノはすでに終わりかけていましたが、八重桜や山桜など、いろいろな桜がまだ残っていました。この日は初めて、自転車道とは烏川を挟んだ反対側のかじかの里に立ち寄りました。

On April 12, being blessed with a good weather again, we rode our bicycle along the Aumino bicycle road and stopped by Kazikanosato across the Karasu River for the first time.

そのあと、早春賦の碑まで自転車を走らせました。

Later we headed for the Early Spring Monument.

花の時期の日曜日ということもあり、車が多いので、ここで引き返しました。

It being Sunday blessed with gorgeous spring colors and the good weather, there were so many cars coming in that we decided to return from here.

4月13日、この日は空が白っぽかったのですが、山はまだ綺麗に見渡せていましたので、ちょうど頂上あたりでソメイヨシノが満開を迎えていた光城山に昇りました。登山口あたりは散り始めでしたが、まだまだ花が多かったです。

On April 13, the sky was regretably white but as we had seen Someiyoshino cherry blossoms blooming on the top of the mountain of Mt. Hikarijyouyama the day before, we decided to climg up there. Around the gate of the mountain, we saw some blossoms falling but there were still many. We could also see the Norther Alps clearly, too.

登りはきつい道なので、休息を兼ねて写真を撮りながらゆっくり一時間半かけて上がりました。頂上はちょうど満開で、素晴らしい景色が見られました。

On the way to the top was so steep that we took a rest every corner, taking photos of cherry trees and the mountains. The cherry trees on the top were just in full bloom, as we expected. They were gorgeous!

南は乗鞍岳から、北は白馬三山まで見渡せました。

Though the sky was white, we could see all the Northern Alps, from Mt. Norikura in the south to the Hakuba three peaks in the north.

4月16日、前夜ローカルニュースで報じていた、池田町の夢農場を訪れました。ここには様々な桜があります。

On April 16, as we had learned the Dream farm in Ikeda was beautiful with various types of cherry trees in the local news the day before, we drove there the first thing in the morning.

ソメイヨシノの桜吹雪が豪華でした。山桜などはまだ見頃で、葉桜と桜の花の共演も見事でした。

Someiyoshino cherry blossoms were falling gorgeously. I was very much impressed by the sight as well as the beauty of other kinds of cherry blossoms.

帰り道、大王わさび田の入り口にある花桃が満開だろうと思って立ち寄りました。陽射しが強くなっているので、わさび田はすでに黒の遮光カーテンで覆われていました。

On the way back we stopped by the Daiou horseradish fields. The flower plums in front of the gate were in full bloom while the horseradish fields were already covered with black curtains against the sunshine.
