安曇野の晩秋から初冬(From Late Autumn to Early Winter in Azumino)

今年の国営アルプス安曇野公園のウィンターイルミネーションは11月2日からと、早めに始まりました。

僕らはさっそく6日に訪れました。

できるだけ夜の運転を避けるために、夕暮れ前に出かけます。今年は鉄道の旅がテーマのようです。

The winter illumination in the Alps Azumino Government Park started on Nov. 2, earlier than last year.

We visited there on Nov. 6, before the sunset lest we should drive in dark.

展望台からイルミネーション全体を見渡します。

We enjoyed the whole view of the illumination on the observation deck for a while.

そのあと、イルミネーションのあいだを一巡りしました。

Afterwards, we walked through the illumination.

11月の初め、安曇野では紅葉が里に下りてきます。

11月1日～17日まで、穂高神社では菊花展が開かれていました。

At the beginning of November, the autumn colors are observed in the flat plane in Azumino, telling us the end of the autumn.

From Nov. 1 to 17, the chrysanthemum exhibihiton was held in Hotaka shrine.

11月8日、用事があって松本に行ったので、信州大学でお友達とランチを食べてきました。この日は晴天で、紅葉の見納めでした。

On Nov. 8, we stopped by Shinshu Univ. to have lunch there with our friends, for we had some chores to do in Matsumoto. It was a very fine day and we enjoyed the last chance of this year's autumn colors.

11月29日から穂高神社の神竹灯（かみあかり）が始まりました。いよいよ冬の到来です！

Hotaka Shrine's winter event, Kamiakari (Banboo Lights) Festival started on Nov. 29.

我が家もアドベントに合わせて、クリスマスの飾り付けを行いました。

In accordance with Advent, we decorated our hourse with Christmas items. We also dressed ourselves up for Christmas, too.

少しずつ、クリスマス菓子の準備です。まずはシュトーレンを焼きました。

We have begun baking for Christmas. First we baked 8 rolls of Stollen!
