安曇野のお正月（Happy New Year from Azumino)

今年は年末年始が穏やかでした。
年末が押し迫っていましたが、御宝田遊水池を訪ねて見ました。
At the end of 2024 & the beginning of 2025 were cold but calm fine days.
On Dec. 30, we found time to visit Ghouden Resevoir Pon to see water birds.
年末、お友達から年越しパックが届きました。お陰で贅沢なお正月が過ごせそうです。
At the end of 2024, our friends sent us New Year Packets so that we can have a good new year.
新年用の食器を出します。
We took out dises for the New Year Days.
猪肉もたくさん送ってもらったので、僕らはさっそくお節料理用のテリーヌを作りました。
We received many packs of bore meat, too, with which we made a loaf of terrine.
今年は栗を頂くことがなかったので、お節料理のきんとんには既製品を使用します。
お節料理に黄白卵も作りました。
We made other dishes for the New Year's dishes.
31日の夜、年越し蕎麦を家族みんなで頂きました。
On the New Year's Eve, we had buckwheat noodles together.
元旦。この日は快晴で、北アルプスのすばらしいモルゲンロートが見られました。
On the first Day of the New Year, it was such a fine day that we had a splendid view of Morgen Rote of the Northern Alps.

After eating New Year's dishes, we tooka a train to Matsumoto.

この数年、洪水のために行けなくなっていた豊科の白鳥湖が行けるようになったと聞いて、出かけました。
We went to the Swan Lake in Toyoshina, which had been closed for several years on account of the flood.
今年がこのような飛躍の年でありますように！
