ネパールの旅 1：大阪〜カトマンズ(Travel to Nepal: from Osaka to Kathmandu)

3月12日から19日までネパールに行くために、10日、穂高を出発しました。当日は晴天で、前日の雪のために山は白く雪を被って綺麗でした。

On March 10, we left Hotaka to Osaka, in order to take a trip to Nepal from March 12. It was a fine day suitable for traveling. We also enjoyed the splendid views of mountains covered with new snow on the day before.

関空発着だったため、大阪のお姉さんのところに前泊し、翌日の昼には久し振りの友人と会って美味しい中華をご馳走になりました。

Before the travel to Nepal, we met an old friend in Osaka, who treated us a delicious Chinese lunch.

堺ではもう花がたくさん咲いていました。レモンもなっていました。

In Sakai, we saw many flowers together with lemons.

夕食はお刺身やお寿司と、しばらく食べられそうにないものを出してもらいました。

For supper, we were served raw fish and Shushi, which we would not be able to eat for a while.

翌朝は早いのでそっと出かけるつもりでしたが、結局、みんなを起こしてしまいました。

On the next morning, we planned to leave the house quietly but Reiko's sister and her husband woke up to see us off.

ホテルは立派ですが、そこに至る道の狭いこと！　そこを大型バスが通り抜けます。

Though our hotel is gorgeous, one has to pass through such a narrow road as below. We could not help being impressed at our bus drivers' splendid skills.
